Barratt matches Isle of Wight parental contributions
Barratt will match up to 5% of the contributions parents make towards their children’s homes on the Isle of Wight.
The offer is part of the house builder’s Parent Power scheme and comes as a YouGov survey reveals that some 57% of parents claim to want to help their children buy their first home. The survey also found that the majority of children would not be able to afford a property without this help.
Homes currently available from Barratt Southampton on the Isle of Wight include Hawthorn Meadows in Whipping ham and Nautiqua in Cowes (pictured).
