Belvoir unveils new-look boards
Belvoir Lettings has unveiled its new-look ‘To Let’ design, which will feature on over 3,500 boards as part of a wider brand refresh strategy.
As The Negotiator revealed in July, Dorian Gonsalves is spearheading the nationwide plan following his appointment as managing director of the network. He succeeds Belvoir founder Mike Goddard who has stepped down to take up the position of network chairman.
The new boards (pictured) feature an exclamation mark included in the network's logo, which will appear outside Belvoir-managed properties from September 1.
Over 3,500 new boards are expected replace the network’s former white and red versions.
Gonsalves says: “The design of our To Let board has not changed since 2002 and while we believe brand consistency is key, we also want to show we are a modern and evolving company,” he says.
Belvoir, which has more than 140 offices across the UK, is now in the throes of devising the best way to recycle its old boards, which may include turning the plastic content into plant pots and milk crates.
