Chainbow chair launches comparison website
Chainbow chairman Roger Southam has launched a comparison website offering homeowners, landlords and tenants discounted property-related products.
Called Beyondpropertymanagement.co.uk, the site will offer discounts across nine categories including home finance, utility bills and handymen services, as well as Energy Performance Certificates and pet maintenance services.
Discounts on home delivery groceries, local restaurants and high street stores are also planned.
Suppliers will only be charged for their site listing when a sale of their product or service is made.
An eBay-style customer review section is available for all products and services, as well as for suppliers, with customers’ feedback scored on a zero to five rating system.
Southam says: “While most property companies focus on the buying and selling phases of property ownership, my focus is on the living aspect – how to turn a house or apartment into a home and maximise its liveability.
“Beyond Property Management is an extension of this ethos.”
