Douglas Allen hits Barcelona

Douglas Allen has treated seven of its highest achievers to a whirlwind tour of Barcelona.

The treat was part of the firm's jet set scheme, which is run throughout the year to reward the seven highest achieving staff members - dubbed the Magnificent Seven - of each competition. This is the fourth overseas trip the firm has run, with the last in Venice in July, as exclusively revealed by The Negotiator.

The Magnificent Seven to attend the firm’s Spanish trip were Nabeel Ali, Paul Skinner & Jonjo Hammond. They were joined by the firm’s top listers Rob Stiff and Guy Wiliamson, who took the place of Nick Crooks, who was unable to make the day. Will Nash and Marc Dennis won the places for top mortgage advisor and top conveyancing salesman respectively, for the second consecutive trip.

The winners (pictured with managing director Jon Holden, centre) of the trip flew to Spain on one of the private jets owned by Paul Rooney, owner of Douglas Allen’s parent company, Arun Estates. They toured the capital for the day and, just when they thought they could take their mind off work they bumped into a hen party comprising agents from none other than Hamptons International.

Winners of Douglas Allen’s next jet set competition will visit Innsbruck for Christmas lunch in the Alps.
