Exclusive interview: Rob Sendall

Rob Sendall has returned to the agency market to take on three new roles.

In an exclusive interview with Negotiator, the founder of The Live Organisation reveals that he will be consulting with three property firms while running his new firm, Final Duties, the probate services firm he launched with industry trainer, Adam Walker, last year.

Sendall says: "I'm running Final Duties, which involves travelling around the countryside seeing solicitors and funeral directors, who are the route to market this time round, which will be quite easy to fit in with my new role at Myhomemove. I’m also doing some work for Team Property Services."

He will be helping Myhomemove develop its panel offering while at Team he'll be helping management develop its growth strategy. He says: "Team has just started cross-selling products and services related to the home buying and selling process to clients and I’m helping them to put together the right makeup of services." He adds that he will also be helping the firm train telesales people for its new services call centre, which it opened at the end of last year.

Alongside these roles, Sendall will be working with Look4aProperty.com to help develop its Homebuyer Finance product.
