Foxtons axes commission

Foxtons has launched a 0% commission deal to help celebrate the opening of its 27th branch.

Any vendor which instructs the firm's Steatham branch to sell their home will not pay any commission.

The Streatham office will open tomorrow, bolstering the firm's existing presence in the South West London town, enabling it to cover new areas including Norbury, Streatham Vale and Norwood.
 
James Evans, area director for South London says: “Our Balham office has been successfully servicing the Streatham area for eight years. However now seems an ideal time to focus on the local market in more depth and support the local community with an office on their doorstep."
 
The launch follows two new Foxton office openings in North London earlier this year.
