Free floorplan offer!
The National EPC Company is offering a free floorplan to every client who buys an Energy Performance Certificate and photograph bundle in August.
The offer, which is part of the launch of the firm's new Marketing Photograph service, saves buyers £16 on the £69 bundle, with all orders subject to VAT at 17.5%.
The photo service includes three photographs of each room within a property, three of the front and back elevation and three of the garden.
As standalone orders, EPCs and floorplans cost £49 respectively, with photos charged at £45.
