Free tenant finder service launches
A new service has launched to help landlords find tenants for free.
Called virtualLetz.com, the service allows private landlords to post their property details and tenants to post their wanted ads, and then automatically alerts them when their adverts match. They can then contact each other directly.
Samantha Collett, co-founder of the service, and a portfolio landlord, says: “Finding tenants is one of the most expensive and time-consuming aspects of letting property. Agencies charge high fees to find suitable tenants and that can be a large chunk of your profit, especially if the tenants move on after six months.”
VirtualLetz.com is also offering landlords a range of services including gas certificates, Energy Performance Certificates and additional advertising packages.
