Jordan’s launches management firm
Jordan’s has launched a property maintenance firm to operate alongside its core lettings business.
Called Jigsaw Property Care, the firm will offer an electrician, gas and heating expert, plumber, gardener, cleaner and painter and decorator. It will also offer Energy Performance Certificates and general handyman services across the North West from its base in Wilmslow.
The firm, which will be managed by directors, Simon and Helen Dalton, will use GPS technology to locate trades people to undertake the work required.
The launch is the second to be rolled out by Jordan’s. The lettings agency launched Jordans McMaster last year.
Separately, Robert Jordan, chairman of Jordan’s, is currently in the throes of liaising with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme on behalf of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents’ members over the TDS’ recent rate hike.
