Look4aProperty offers agents £200 commission

Look4aProperty is to offer agents a £200 commission for every removal request they refer to its new service, Money Removals.

The portal has teamed up with three of the country's biggest removal firms, Pickfords, Britannia and Bishop's Move to create the new service.

The portal is also launching Look4AProperty|Money Upfront, which offers vendors an interest-free loan to cover their upfront marketing costs. Vendors can borrow between £300 and £5,000 at 6% APR for up to 10 months to help market their property.

The launches are part of the portal's agency strategy, which it kicked off through its money division, Look4AProperty|Money, last September with the launch of Homebuyer Finance.

The interest-free, unsecured loan is targeted at buyers and designed to help cover all sale-related fees, including Stamp Duty and conveyancing for up to three years at 16% APR.

The strategy was launched by the portal's chairman, millionaire entrepreneur and lead judge for The Negotiator Awards 2010, James Caan (pictured), with £1bn worth of funding from Hitachi Capital.

Most recently, the portal marketed a vendor loan, which was launched by Grantham, Lincolnshire-based agency Newton Fallowell last month.
