One-stop redundancy shop for agents

A new website has launched to help small businesses manage redundancies.

The site offers advice on the alternatives to redundancy and how to manage the redundancy interview, plus guidance on the legalities and procedures that have to be followed.

Eight audio chapters explaining the redundancy process are available, plus an accompanying eBook and letter templates. The package aims to help businesses avoid Employment Tribunals.

Bridget Osicki, producer of the website, is a practicing human resources consultant and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She has over 20 years’ experience in handling redundancy cases.
