Primelocation launches national ad campaign
Primelocation has launched a national advertising campaign to reposition itself at the high end of the property market.
A spokesman for the portal says: "It is about shifting the focus of Primelocation back to it roots."
The campaign features fashion models photographed at Aynhoe Park, a Grade II-listed mansion near Banbury in Oxfordshire (pictured), and will appear in a range of high-end print publications including Vogue, Tatler and GQ, as well as online.
The launch is part of the £13m spend the portal's parent company, The Digital Property Group, has planned for all of its brands during the first half of this year.
TDPG claims to have seen a 48% surge in visitor enquiries to member agents' sites in the first month of the marketing campaign.
