Property guru completes awards judging panel
Real estate guru John McGrath has joined the esteemed judging panel for The Negotiator Awards 2009.
McGrath (pictured) is chief executive of New South Wales-based McGrath Estate Agents in Australia, which achieved a monthly record of £187m from 384 sales in March and annual sales turnover of over £156bn for 2008, based on 2,921 sales.
McGrath added to his own vast range of industry awards last year, when he was honoured by the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales with the Woodrow Weight OBE Award, a lifetime achievement award for his outstanding contribution to the real estate industry.
For The Negotiator Awards 2009, McGrath joins fellow judges Simon Agace, chairman of Winkworth, Peter Rollings, managing director of Marsh & Parsons, Ken Waller, former chief executive of Connells Residential, Peter Bolton King, chief executive officer of the National Association of Estate Agents, Paul Broadhead, head of policy at the Building Societies Association, Nicholas Leeming, major client director, Propertyfinder.com, Bill McClintock, chief operating officer, The Property Ombudsman Service, Lucy Morton, managing partner, WA Ellis, Julian O’Dell, founder of TM Training & Development and Mark Riddick, chairman of the E-Homebuying Forum.
