PropertyIndex.com offers free telephone leads

PropertyIndex.com is offering free telephone leads until the end of March for all UK agents listed on the portal.

Agents will receive the leads, which normally cost £1 each, to a landline or mobile number of their choice when consumers call the agent's 03 number listed on the portal. Any calls unanswered by the agent will be diverted to the portal's call centre, which forwards the enquiry to the agent by email.

PropertyIndex.com sends a monthly report detailing each agent's unique telephone leads, which can also be tracked online. From April 1, unique telephone leads will be charged at the usual £1.

The promotion follows PropertyIndex.com's recently-formed partnership with email4property.co.uk.

Under the partnership agreement, PropertyIndex.com is displaying its UK property search box on 2,700 email4property.co.uk local estate agent directory sites, enabling consumers to search for properties on PropertyIndex.com directly, as well as contact agents in their local area.
