Spicerhaart acquires Surrey agency

Spicerhaart has acquired Exclusively Surrey for its Fine division.

The Cobham and Oxshott branches of the Surrey agency will transfer to the group's upmarket agency brand, Fine, within the next few weeks.

The group launched Fine last year to offer clients specialist, lifestyle branding and literature.
 
More than half the properties on Exclusively Surrey's books are listed at over £1m, with one on the market for £7m. 
 
Spicerhaart is actively seeking to acquire other upmarket estate agencies, particularly within the M25 area, as part of its expansion plans.
