Spicerhaart bags HomeLet sales chief
Spicerhaart has appointed Shabir Osman as national acquisitions director for Spicerhaart Residential Lettings.
He joins from HomeLet where he was director of sales, having worked previously for Martin & Co as operations director.
Osman (pictured, right) will run a team comprising Spicerhaart's residential lettings managing director Andrew Berry, chief financialf officer Mark Hurdle and business analyst Amy Gill.
He says: "The lettings industry has grown considerably over the last 20 years and is set to grow even further during the next five years as more people opt to let rather than buy as a lifestyle choice.
"It’s an exciting time for the industry and we are keen to build on the Spicerhaart brand by growing it across the country.”
He adds that the group is targeting a number of key locations across the country in addition to London and within the M25 area.
