Spicerhaart names Bow best branch
Felicity J Lord's Bow branch has been named the most profitable branch in the country within the Spicerhaart group.
Within the branch's three-strong team, Gemma Goldstein (pictured centre) has been named top lettings negotiator having managed to let more properties during the first seven months of 2010 than any other negotiator in the group.
Spicerhaart awarded her an all expenses paid holiday to South Africa for her efforts.
Gemma, 28, joined the branch nearly four years ago and has since been promoted to business generation manager.
Lettings manager Claire Taylor, 26 (pictured right), who joined the company as a graduate trainee before being promoted to lettings manager, says: “The rental market is very buoyant in this area and what is great is that there is such a wide variety of properties to let and the area also has good transport links. We work well together which is why I believe we are so successful.”
Senior branch manager Sam Samad, 33 (pictured left), joined the group almost 10 years ago as a sales negotiator and has been at the Bow branch for six years.
