Spicerhaart ramps up super branch strategy

Spicerhaart is to open two new super branches as part of its £3m expansion programme.

The new haart offices are in Plymouth and Northampton and follow the initial £500,000 project in Milton Keynes, which is five times bigger than the usual high street branch.

The branches are being overseen by Russell Jervis, managing director of haart, and Andrew Berry, managing director of haart residential lettings, and will offer extended contact hours of 8am to 10pm.

The Northampton branch is in Bridge Street and will cover Wootton, Abingdon, Duston, Weston Favell and Kingsthorpe, as well as Northampton. It will offer a new lettings team in addition to 10 new members of staff (pictured).

The new haart branch in Mutley Plain, Plymouth will cover Plymstock, Plympton and Derriford as well as Plymouth and offer a new lettings and sales team consisting of over 20 staff.

Paul Smith, chief executive of Spicerhaart, said: “The expansion programme for the super branches is ongoing.  The first one in Milton Keynes has been extremely successful and we have plans to roll further branches out in Leeds, Coventry and Birmingham.”
