Standalone property web service launches
Agents can now create standalone websites for individual properties with estatecreate.com.
Each property is assigned its own domain name, such as www.churchstreetWC1.com, and designed with the instructed agent’s branding.
Henry Yates, founder and chief executive officer of the firm, says he designed the site to enable agents to differentiate their service to help win more instructions.
North London-based Greene & Co is one of the first agencies to trial the service. Jacqui Daley, marketing director for the agency, says: “We are excited about using it for new developments as it will make it easy to create a website that showcases the detail of each unit.”
Agents can edit their own text, photos and video, and add pages with the service, which starts at £2 per month per site.
