Stevens Scanlan launches client hotline
Stevens Scanlan has launched an online hotline for residents and clients to report issues and seek advice.
Called www.scanlansblockmanagement.com, the site includes a Frequently Answered Questions section covering a range of common resident concers, including owner responsibilities, service charges, ground rents, insurance, and neighbour relationships.
The site also enables new site users to switch from their existing property management company to Stevens Scanlan, which specialises in surveying, valuations and property management.
The block manager currently has 300 residential developments, totalling 15,000 homes, under management around the UK, which are managed by a team of 35 partners, property managers and administrators. The firm has offices in Manchester, London, Birmingham, Leeds and Cardiff.
