The Negotiator Awards 2009 - shortlists revealed
The shortlists for the residential agency event of the year have been finalised.
More than 50 entrants will compete to be crowned champion of their respective categories in the free-to-enter award ceremony hosted by the residential agency market's leading magazine.
From surviving the economic downturn to developing innovative market products and services, these firms have demonstrated the excellence required to compete in this prestigious event.
With The Digital Property Group as the proud headline sponsor and the support of Fully Furnished alongside, this year's awards will be judged by another esteemed judging panel, including Australian real estate guru John McGrath, Peter Rollings, managing director of Marsh & Parsons, Ken Waller, former chief executive of Connells Residential, Peter Bolton King, chief executive officer of the National Association of Estate Agents, who meet next month to brainstorm the shortlists to determine the overall category winners.
The Supreme Negotiator Award for the most admired agency firm of the year will be judged by The Negotiator Awards 2009 Academy, which comprises 50 of the industry's leading practitioners. The winner for this category will also be unveiled on the night, on November 11.
The Negotiator Awards 2008 were heralded as the industry night of the year, with 500 guests enjoying a fantastic evening hosted by comic genius Rory Bremner at the luxurious London Hilton Hotel on Park Lane - the same venue for this year's event.
