Chesterton rolls out £70,000 rebrand programme

Chesterton Humberts has drafted Richard Henderson into the newly-created position of facilities manager to help roll out its £70,000 rebranding programme and undertake the refurbishment of a number of its offices.

It follows the acquisition of Humberts, for which Henderson worked previously, at the end of last year. The refurbishment of the firm’s Mayfair office is due to be completed this week and its Islington branch is due to be refurbished next year, along with two others, which have yet to be decided at the firm’s 2010 budget meetings, which are currently underway.

Meanwhile, Chesterton Humberts has appointed Holly Morris and Ben Sloane (pictured) as lettings associates at its Little Venice branch. Morris joins from Wetherell in Mayfair and Sloane joins from Anscombe & Ringland in Highgate where he was manager. Ashley Wilmot and Adam Tahir have joined the firm’s Islington branch as lettings associates. Wilmot worked previously at Foxtons in Shoreditch while Tahir joins from Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward.

Meanwhile, Emma Halmshaw joins the firm’s Mayfair branch from Gordon & Co, Emma Stefanko joins the firm’s Chelsea branch from Winkworth on Gloucester Road, Ross Jezzard joins the Chiswick branch from Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, Streatham and Tanya Sutton, formerly branch manager at Countrywide Residential Lettings in Chippenham, joins the Marlborough, Wiltshire branch, all as lettings associates.

Lucy Minton, formerly of Penyards, Winchester, has also been appointed as lettings associate at the Petersfield, Hampshire branch.

Three residential sales appointments have also been made.
Chesterton Humberts has 60 offices across the UK, including 27 in London, following the acquisition of Humberts.
