New Homes Part Exchange launches listings function
NHPE has enhanced its website functionality to enable users to search its resale property listings.
The listings currently consist of around 200 resale properties that have been bought by house builders, who have purchased properties in part exchange or assisted move transactions.
Gaynor Hookings, marketing director of NHPE, says: "Consumers visiting the site can search for a home in a specific area or price bracket and then get in contact with one of our sales team to arrange a viewing."
