Nigel Green returns to agency
Nigel Green is to launch an estate agency in Paignton, Devon.
Called Target Property Services, the firm will be run out of one of his former offices, which was closed when his family business, Nigel Green Property Sales & Rentals, went into administration in February.
Green was subsequently thrust into the media limelight after becoming the focus of a police hunt when he went missing following the ordeal.
Speaking exclusively to The Negotiator, Green says that he has purchased the Hyde Road office back from the landlord and administrators.
He adds: "I am very excited and extremely positive to be back in the estate agency business that I love and have worked in for the last 36 years."
The agency launches on June 27 with four members of staff - all of whom previously worked for Green in his old company - plus his wife, and will predominantly offer sales and financial services.
Its new website, www.targetpropertyservices.com, is launching today.
