Spicerhaart celebrates graduate success
Spicerhaart is celebrating the success of the first students to embark on its graduate training scheme.
Vikash Gandhi, Amy Gill, Kate Lovesey and Claire Taylor started on the group’s newly-created lettings programme in September 2007 and are now firmly established in full-time jobs within the business. Gandhi, Lovesey and Taylor are running branches in Ealing, Dulwich and Bow respectively, while Gill is working as a business analyst within the group’s acquisitions team, which is tasked with expanding the lettings division.
The four (pictured) were whisked to London for the day to visit the landmark building, the Gherkin, to help celebrate their success.
Spicerhaart business development manager, Kate Hurles, who created the graduate programme, says: “Vikash and Claire made the first and second highest profit in our lettings history last year. Along with Kate, they were running their own branches before the end of the two-year scheme because they showed such promise.”
Since the scheme launched in 2007, a further six graduates have been taken on, with recruitment currently taking place for another 15 to 20 trainees.
