Exelets is now recruiting a Students’ Lettings Agency Manager with strong and proven sales experience. The successful candidate will manage and develop an up and coming business and grow it into a successful, market leading unit. The organisation is part of the University of Exeter Students’ Guild which seeks to provide high quality letting and property management services within the local area of Exeter.

START DATE: 1 August 2010

The ideal Lettings Manager will possess:

An ARLA or NAEA Qualification, or evidence of appropriate courses attended and completed in Lettings.
Proven experience of driving sales forward, people management and planning, delivering and reviewing procedures.
Excellent negotiating, problem solving, communication and analytical skills.
A proven background in a similar environment within a lettings company is essential.
Significant sales experience.
