Lettings Agency of the Year

The Criteria:

The lettings agency category was open to firms that had a recognised lettings department, or stand alone lettings firms.

For this award the judges were looking for evidence of (most, if not all) of the following:

• How had the business developed?
• What new services/initiatives had they developed or launched over the last three years?
• Adaptability to the current economic climate.
• What new innovations had they introduced?
• What had they done to develop their staff? They were asked to explain their training philosophy, and how much they invest per member of staff each year on training and CPD.
• Had they been involved in other issues that helped the local community or the environment – for example fund raising, recycling etc?
• What one thing stood out as their landmark achievement of the last three years?
